• We ship to every district, upazila, and union across Bangladesh.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Inside Dhaka & Cumilla: Delivered within 24 to 48 hours following order confirmation.
• All Other Districts Nationwide: Delivered within 48 to 72 hours (up to 5–7 business days for remote upazilas).
• Local Delivery: Same-day or express delivery is available for Gouripur and Daudkandi areas upon inquiry with our helpline.

3. Shipping Charges

• Delivery fees are calculated and shown transparently at checkout based on your district:
• Standard Delivery Inside Dhaka & Cumilla: ৳70 – ৳80
• Standard Delivery Outside Dhaka (All 64 Districts): ৳130 – ৳150

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Inspection

• Cash on Delivery is available nationwide across all 64 districts without any mandatory advance payment.
• Customers have the right to inspect the external parcel condition before making payment to the courier rider.
• Online prepayments via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Cards are securely processed through our certified EPS gateway.

5. Order Tracking

• Every parcel receives a tracking number upon handover to the courier.
