Ordering from Safa Lifestyle starts on a product page. Choose the colour and size you want, check the available images and set the quantity. Add to bag lets you continue shopping, while Buy now takes the selected item into checkout. Review the selection carefully: the checkout checks the current price and stock before accepting an order.

Enter your name, an active Bangladesh mobile number and a complete delivery address. Choose the correct division, district and upazila, then add the local address details needed to find you. Check the phone number digit by digit. A correct number helps the store contact you about the order and is needed when using the guest tracking form.

Review the payment method, delivery charge and total shown at checkout. Cash on delivery means payment is collected on delivery under the store’s current terms. It does not, by itself, promise a trial before payment or free returns. Read the delivery and returns information on the site if those details affect your decision.

When your Safa Lifestyle order is confirmed, keep the order reference displayed on the confirmation page. Guest checkout does not require an email address, so do not rely on an email arriving as your only record. Save the reference somewhere you can find it, together with the phone number you used.

Open Track an order and enter that reference and mobile number to look up the order. If the form does not find a match, check for a typing error and confirm that you are using the original order phone number. Contact the store with those details if you still need help. A tracking status describes the order’s recorded progress; it is not a guaranteed arrival time.

Orders placed while signed in appear in your account’s order history. Open Your account to review those orders and update your personal details or saved address.
