An online clothing checklist before you order

Check measurements, product options, delivery details and payment totals before confirming an online clothing order.

Begin with the item, not the checkout button. Read the product description and compare its measurements with clothing you already wear. Size names vary between cuts, so “medium” is not enough information on its own. Ask the seller for a missing measurement before you commit to a fit.

Select the colour and size you want, then check the images again. Where a shop has variation-specific photos, changing the colour should show that version of the garment. Look at the front, back and close-up views when available. Screen settings and lighting affect colour, so raise any exact-match question with the store.

Review the price and delivery charge together. Cash on delivery describes when you pay; it does not automatically mean free delivery, a trial before payment or an unrestricted return. Read the shop’s current delivery and returns information to understand which terms apply to your order. Do not infer a promise from a general payment label.

For a Bangladesh delivery address, enter an active mobile number and the correct division, district and upazila. Add the building, road, village or other local address details needed to find you. Check spelling and number digits before confirming. If anything changes afterwards, contact the store promptly with the order reference.

After placing a SAFA order, keep the reference displayed on the confirmation page. Use it with the phone number you entered to track the order. Orders placed while signed in appear in that account’s order history. Guest checkout does not require an email address, so saving the reference is especially useful.

If you prefer to see garments in person, use SAFA’s contact page for the current Gouripur, Daudkandi, Cumilla store details and map link. Confirm the availability of a specific item before making a special trip. The shop, size guide, delivery page and returns page provide the details to review before your next purchase.
